📦 Order Processing & Handling

Handling Time: Standard order processing, quality inspection, and packaging take 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before dispatch.
Rapid Warehouse Hand-off: Select items in our catalog feature expedited processing and are scanned and dispatched within 24 to 48 commercial business hours.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated email confirmation immediately after placing your order.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Methods

We offer tier-based and product-specific shipping rates to ensure you get the fairest pricing based on what you order. Shipping fees are calculated dynamically and displayed clearly at checkout.

Standard Ground Shipping: Flat-rate or weight-based shipping starting at $6.90.
Estimated Delivery Window: Once dispatched from our fulfillment facilities, standard ground transit typically takes 3 to 7 business days for domestic orders.
Premium Packaging: Delicate items (such as our wind chimes and outdoor decor) are shipped tightly bound inside custom protective plastic sleeves to prevent knotting, tangling, or damage during transit.

🔍 Order Tracking

The moment your package is scanned and handed off to our shipping carrier, an automated email containing your unique tracking number and tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier network to update the initial tracking status.

📦 Multiple Shipments

To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders containing multiple different products may occasionally be shipped from different fulfillment facilities. If this happens, your items may arrive in separate boxes and at slightly different times. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.

Because our fulfillment system triggers automated processing quickly to ensure rapid dispatch, we cannot guarantee order cancellations or address adjustments after a purchase is completed. Please double-check your shipping information prior to final checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly entered addresses.
